The whole family can celebrate the Chinese New Year by participating in a lantern procession, lion dance, and other activities at Maggie Daley Park! 

Schedule:

Lantern Procession – 5:30 pm

Activities at Maggie Daley Park – 6:00 – 7:30 pm

From the host:

The procession will be lining up across from the Art Institute’s Modern Wing on the West side of The Lurie Garden (look for the lanterns!). Continue the celebration at Maggie Daley Park with more New Year’s activities, including a lion dance, art making, and ice skating.
