Kids can enjoy free root beer floats and learn how to make paper boats at Hempe Park in Carol Stream with Cub Scout Pack 191. The rain gutter regatta track will be on hand for kids to test their boats when they are finished building them. Elementary school-aged boys and girls can learn more about the Boy Scout Program at this event.
