Indigifest 2025
Sat Sep 27, 2025
11:00am to 5:00pm CT
Age: All ages
Price: Free
Indigifest is a free, public celebration led by the American Indian Center in partnership with the Chicago Park District’s Night Out in the Parks program. Set in Jackson Park’s Grove 6B, with the Museum of Science and Industry as its backdrop, the festival runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and features seven performances by Indigenous groups representing first peoples from around the world.
Between performances, explore the park and discover food vendors serving both traditional and contemporary flavors, artisan booths offering beadwork, prints, and handmade goods, and information tables from community organizations. Families can enjoy activities for all ages, from children’s art stations to cultural demonstrations. The event is family-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
** Activity dates/times are subject to change. Please click through to the activity website to verify.
