Elk Grove's Rotary Club raises money for its causes with a carnival and live band entertainment at this five-day festival. Music from O.A.R. and local cover bands and rides from Alpine Amusement take over Rotary Green. A drone show takes to the skies Thursday night; fireworks will be presented on Friday and Saturday.
