This year’s City Island Halloween parade invites ghouls to gather at Hawkins Park at 5:30pm. Prizes are awarded for the best costumes.

The parade starts at 6pm, heading north to Fordham Street and east to King Avenue, culminating in front of Pelham cemetery.

Prizes are awarded in multiple categories, including scariest, best group, best infant, best pet, and others.
