Go on a guided hike to find, catch, and handle insects around Joppa Flats. Your family will learn simple and fun techniques such as a "meadow sweep" and the "bug shake" while identifying different insects. During your visit you can also visit the Monarch Farm filled with caterpillars, chrysalises, and maybe an emerging monarch.

Each family will be socially distanced in the open air and use color-coded field gear, which will be sanitized prior to the program. Participants will take home a few milkweed seed balls. An e-goodie bag with fun activities will be forwarded by email after the program.
