Not-So-Creepy Crawlies at the Waterworks

Sat Oct 26, 2019
11:00am ET
Age: 3-12
Price: Free
Location:
Metropolitan Waterworks Museum
Halloween is a time to celebrate all things creepy and crawly so come enjoy some free, fun activities to learn about the microscopic creatures that live in the water. They may look like creepy crawly monsters, but these tiny harmless animals play an important part in our ecosystem.
Drop in any time between 11am and 4pm to design your own microscopic creatures, see microscopic water dwellers under a microscope, create a fuzzy microbe to take home and of course, no celebration of the creepy and crawly would be complete without making some slime. Halloween candy is also available to all participants.
