Boston Race Amity Art & Music Festival 2025
This free, family-friendly event invites the community to come together for a day of live music, collaborative art, exciting raffles, and free Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. And yes, Jerry himself—co-founder of Ben & Jerry’s—will be making a special guest appearance.
The festival supports the National Center for Race Amity’s mission to promote cross-racial friendship and collaboration as a path to social justice and racial equity.
The music lineup is packed with talent, headlined by Fantastic Cat, the indie supergroup Rolling Stone calls "the supergroup you need to know." Known for high-energy, instrument-swapping performances, the band has appeared on CBS Saturday Morning, performed at Sundance, and had its music featured on the Paramount Plus series Tulsa King.
Also performing are Zili Misik, an all-female ensemble rooted in diasporic rhythms; The Rough Suspects, a Vermont-based Americana-rock group; DJ Trigga Tre from Cambridge; singer-songwriter Madison Borchers from Berklee College of Music; and more local acts throughout the day.
Festivalgoers can also join peasoupATTACK in painting a collaborative mural inspired by the Race Amity motto: "Out of Many, One." Between sets, enjoy trivia, community vibes, and plenty of surprises.
