The Barnes shares its monthly offering of cultural, creative, and artistic inspiration in one easy place, virtually. Online visitors learn about joy and movement in art through July 31. Activities are geared toward kids ages 5-12.

Sessions are as follows:

Artist’s Best Friend
Available in Spanish, this session focuses on a favorite animal to portray.

Art: Your Story—Edgar Degas
Jihan Thomas shares who Edgar Degas used art techniques to express energy and movement. 

Barnes Takeout: Renoir’s Washerwoman and Child
Deputy director for Research, Interpretation and Education, Martha Lucy highlights the beauty captured in Renoir’s work.
