Grab a blanket or chair and relax under the stars with the Lone Sailor on Thursday evenings during the spring and fall at Movies on the Memorial. Each year, movies are selected for film lovers and naval enthusiasts to enjoy on the outdoor plaza.

Movies begin at dusk, but visitors are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot.

In the case of inclement weather, movies will be canceled.

This year's lineup includes:

  • June 20: Top Gun: Maverick
  • June 27: Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian
  • July 11: National Treasure 
  • July 18: Captain America: The Winter Soldier
  • July 25: Hamilton
  • August 1: Fan’s Choice
