The Mid-Florida Milers Walking Club is hosting a walk in Casselberry. Walk in beautiful tranquil Secret Lake Park with its many amenities for exercise and play. Pass the Triplet Lakes and the Crystal Bowl named for a small lake and a park as well as through the attractive adjacent residential areas.

These walks are open to the public, for all fitness levels and all ages.

• Start/Finish: Casselberry Recreation Center Parking Lot

Register and begin walking any time between 8:30-9:15 am

• Choose from: 10K (6.2 miles) or 5K (3.1miles), walking at your own pace. Printed directions with map are provided. PLEASE CARRY WATER.
• Fee: $4 for all walkers. Free for walkers 12 or younger who do not want walk credit. Walk is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. No Pets Allowed.
