Mid-Florida Milers is hosting a walk on New Year's Day, in and around Universal Parks & Resorts (does not require admission) and the beautifully landscaped Garden Walk which borders the City Walk Lagoon waterway. Pass many restaurants and attractions such as Margaritaville.

NOTE: the walks include passage through security checkpoints, no weapons or sharp objects (such as penknives) are allowed.  Following the walk, stayfor lunch at Miller's Ale House, sign up at the club website - midfloridamilers.org

Choose from either a 6K(3.7 mi) or 10K(6.2 mi) walk, done at your own pace. These walks are open to the public, for all fitness levels and all ages. Printed directions with map are provided. Walkers should register and begin walking anytime between 8:30-9:15 AM. Walk is suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.  PLEASE BRING DRINKING WATER.

FEE: $4.00 per participant. Free for walkers 12 or younger who do not want walk credit.
