Hear ye, hear ye! It has been decreed that children shall be treated like royalty as the castle lowers the drawbridge and rolls out the red carpet at the Hammond Castle Museum.

Let their imaginations awaken as they visit a towering medieval castle filled with antiquities, tease their senses as they try out the whispering gallery in the Library, and inspire their creativity as they glimpse the spirit and vision of one of the nation’s most prolific inventors. 

Self-guided tours are available from 10am to 3pm, to allow for enough time to tour the Museum. Guests should plan at least 60 minutes to explore the grounds and galleries of this historic museum. Last entrance is 3:15 p.m. Please note that the Museum and grounds close promptly at 4:00 pm. Strollers are not permitted in the Museum and are not ideal for use around the grounds.
