Celebrate the remarkable journeys of astronaut and pilots during Aviation Weekend. Hear pilots and astronauts share their stories of reaching the skies, and discover how they embarked on their paths. Also throughout the weekend, enjoy an end-of-summer block party. You will find yard games and DJ Steve mixing tunes outside Space Shuttle Atlantis.

On the bottom floor of Space Shuttle Atlantis, visit the "Atlantis Aviation Center" where you can craft a paper airplane and see how far it flies. Plus, take your very own pilot photo at the photo booth.
