Henry Street Settlement hosts a Kids' Halloween Costume Parade & Party with games and prizes, face painting, cotton candy, popcorn, snacks, music, dancing, and a special appearance by the NYPD marching band!

Children's books will be distributed by Elroy Gay, founder of LES Tha 6 Boro. Co-sponsored by the NYPD 7th Precinct & Basketball City. 

Costumes are optional. The parade is open to kids up to 12 years old; all kids must be accompanied by an adult.

Line-up at 10:30am

PARTY
Basketball City Parking Lot (299 South St., Pier 36)
12-3pm
