Celebrate planet Earth with fun and educational activities, led by community partners and the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy’s Environmental Education Center at Emily Warren Roebling Plaza.

Highlights include:

- Hila the Earth family performance at 12pm.
- E-Waste Collection: Responsibly dispose of electronic waste at the collection point hosted by the Lower East Side Ecology Center (starts at 10am; rain or shine).​
- Eco-Art Project: Contribute to a community art installation by upcycling plastic pollution collected from the park's shorelines.​
- Interactive Exhibits: Engage with organizations like Earth Matters and Climate Families NYC to learn about environmental initiatives.​

Families can also join the walk-up Coastal Cleanup at Pier 4 Beach from 1-3pm, or take part in cataloguing wildlife as part of City Nature Challenge Bioblitz throughout the weekend.
