Birthday parties at Prospect Park's historic carousel offer plenty of amusement for children of all ages. Located in the park’s Children’s Corner, the carousel is one of the most popular attractions. Carved in 1912 by one of the foremost carousel designers, its 53 magnificent horses ride alongside a lion, a giraffe, a deer, and two dragon-pulled chariots.

Private parties are available for groups up to 60; parties during public hours are available for groups up to 25. Both options include unlimited carousel rides, two 6-foot tables plus chairs, and two child-sized tables plus chairs in a dedicated, shaded space. The Carousel is wheelchair accessible and sensory friendly.
