Trail Blazers

Since 1887, Trail Blazers has been where young people go outside to grow within:

  • Prospect Park Day Camp (Grades PreK-5): Join in Brooklyn’s Backyard for hands-on environmental science learning and play.
  • Brooklyn Bridge Day Camp (Grades K-5): In partnership with Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy, explore and learn about Brooklyn’s waterfront.
  • Morningside Park (Grades PreK-5): In partnership with Morningside Park Conservancy, campers explore and connect to nature in this northern Manhattan park
  • Farmstead Overnight Camp (Grades 3-6): In partnership with Stony Creek Farmstead, this adventure is rooted in experiencing the farm-to-fork process.
  • Adventure Overnight Camp (Grades 1-10): At our 1000-acre campsite, build outdoor skills, learn environmental science principles, and enjoy biking and canoe adventures.

Trail Blazers is a 501c3 nonprofit; all programs are offered with a tiered payment model with additional scholarships available to help keep programs accessible to all.
