Kids! Camera! Action! Take Two Film Academy offers the best kids filmmaking programs for kids ages 7-17. Rear-round movie making camps and classes are perfect for beginners and returning students alike.  Kids learn how to write their own scripts, storyboard, operate high end cameras, act and edit with professional software. Take Two's programs are completely hands-on and kids create their films every step of the way!

Film Camps
Take Two offers week-long summer and holiday break filmmaking camps for any young movie maker eager to dive into the world of film! Kids collaborate with their peers to create a film that's all their own. Summer camp themes give returning students a chance to build up their skills and keep each session exciting.

After School Classes
After school filmmaking programs run weekly at West End Secondary School 4:00-5:30 pm for ages 7-14. Over the course of a semester, kids develop skills important for filmmaking, media literacy and YouTube!

Take Two Talks
Take Two Talks are a fantastic, and free, opportunity for kids to take a closer look at a specific filmmaking topic and connect with local filmmakers.

Mini Moviemakers
​For the youngest budding filmmakers, these camps are a fun and engaging introduction to visual storytelling. Catered to students 5-7, kids play filmmaking games, do daiily activities and even brainstorm and act in thier own mini movies!
