Christmas lights and holiday activities are back this December, and that's just the beginning of things to do in New Jersey this month.

We're turning our attention to full-on holiday fun in the Garden State and that means we can't wait to see the holiday lights at spectacular drive-thrus like the Skylands Stadium Christmas Light Show or the over-the-top display mounted at Fanwood's Famous Christmas House. If you'd rather see the twinkling lights on foot, consider a visit to the brand new Let It Glow holiday lantern show at the Bergen County Zoo or Turtle Back's annual display, which returns for another run.

Find more top December fun in our list of the best things to do for the holidays in New Jersey, plus our picks for FREE holiday fun. Our Guide to Holiday and Christmas Events is packed with more seasonal activities.
