Heal the Planet offers free Young SEEDs in the Park workshops for children ages 4 to 17. Sessions include gardening, food demos, yoga, breathwork, mindfulness exercises, and more.
 
 
Wednesdays: 7/10, 8/14, & 9/11 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
