Visitors enjoy free museum admission on every first Thursday of the month at the Sunny Days and Starry Nights program. The event also features all-day happy hour in the Museum Cafe.
Held on the first Thursday from 11am to 7pm, the event provides unique opportunities for reflection, understanding, and community unity through the arts, and encourages people of all backgrounds to come together to enjoy exhibitions, programs and performances free of charge. Located in the hub of the South Florida Art Coast, the museum's collection features Latin American, contemporary art with an emphasis on women, Black and Latinx artists, and African art that spans the 19th to the 21st-century.
