Fishing with dad is a time-honored tradition, and the historic Deering Estate has a special afternoon planned keep the ritual going. The Father's Day bay cruise leaves from the estate’s marina at 1 p.m. aboard the 45-foot Corinthian Catamaran, cruising Biscayne Bay until 4 p.m. You can bring your own rod and tackle (a limited number of loaner rods are available) and cast your way around the bay as onboard naturalists explain the flora and fauna around you.

Plan to arrive a half-hour ahead of departure.
