Competitors surf the waves at Orange County's Salt Creek Beach dressed like Santa (or other holiday-inspired characters) every year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Only in SoCal!

The event includes Stand Up Paddle Board competitions as well.

The website lists times for specific races once the schedule is set. The event is a charitable fundraiser sponsored by The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel.

The first heats begin at 8am and continue all day until every Rudolph, Santa, and elf has ridden a wave. Those wanting to participate can register online, (info to come).

Parking is available at Salt Creek Beach Parking lot.
