Families are invited to celebrate Halloween at the Port of Los Angeles.

The free, family-friendly Happy Harbor Halloween offers a marionette show, arts and crafts, face painting, games, and a pet costume contest. Costumes for kids and dogs encouraged.

There are two locations for this event:  Wilmington Waterfront Park and Town Square San Pedro.
