Family Pasta Making Workshop with Law of Pasta
This family-friendly, hands-on pasta making workshop is led by the famous Chef Avery, the founder/owner of Law of Pasta in The Boston Public Market who will teach kids how to make a fresh pasta dough by hand using premium ingredients, roll it into sheets, and learn different pasta shapes (ex: pappardelle, linguine, farfalle, strozzapreti, etc.).
Avery will then demo a seasonal dish with handmade fettuccine and ingredients sourced from Boston Public Market farmers and artisans. Families will then all eat together before going home with the pasta created (about a pound per family or pair).
Attendees MUST purchase a ticket to attend this class. Each child MUST be accompanied by at least one adult, and adults are not allowed without kids. Pasta dish can be made vegetarian upon request.
