Dressed in period costume, Clifton demonstrates methods of cooking over an open fire with use of traditional cast iron cookware and tools. The event is free to the public and limited to approximately 8 people at a time. Children under the age of 6 require strict supervision. Due to safety precautions, visitors should not sample food.
