Friday, November 29: Black Friday, deals and discounts throughout downtown shops and restaurants

Tuesday, December 3: How the Grinch Stole Christmas comes to life with
Booksh-elves at Liberty Books from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm with a special reading by Mayor David Still at 5:45 pm.

Thursday, December 5: It’s a Wrap at Cosmo’s on Crogan from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, where Beyond the Ribbon will provide gift-wrapping supplies in exchange for donated goods.

Friday, December 6: Highlight of the series: The highly anticipated Santaverse™ Story Party with The Elf on the Shelf and Friends at the Lawrenceville Lawn. From 5 pm to 8 pm, visitors can enjoy a magical evening filled with festive vendors, marshmallow roasting, holiday art activities, and a screening of Elf Pets: A Fox Cub’s Christmas Tale, plus a special reading by Chanda A. Bell, co-author of The Elf on the Shelf. Then, join in the fun with Mickey’s Christmas Sing-Along and settle in for a cozy screening of Elf starring Will Ferrell, adding a memorable dose of holiday magic.

Saturday, December 7: The festivities conclude on Saturday, December 7th, with two cherished events. Begin the day at Break Coffee Roasters with The Man in Red, where guests can enjoy coffee and photos with Santa from 10 am to 12 pm. That evening, immerse yourself in the beauty of Aurora Theatre’s Noche de Velas at the Lawrenceville Arts Center starting at 6 pm. This free event, inspired by Colombian holiday traditions, features music, food, and a breathtaking candlelight celebration to bring the community together in the spirit of the season.
