Dogs and their owners descend on Newtown Park for this canine carnival. Visitors enjoy balloon animals and watch contests like best dressed dog and best dog trick. Dogs can also enjoy the Newtown Dream Dog Park. 

Pet vendors will be on site with information and merchandise.
