As part of their Frosty Fun series, The City of Duluth hosts a free New Year at Noon celebration. Enjoy live entertainment, crafts, and festive activities for all ages. Celebrate with a dance party, free face painting, a Kids New Year’s Resolution Station, and of course the big Countdown to Noon!
