In this program designed for children under 12 (but fun for the whole family) audiences explore the two most amazing parts of music—rhythm and melody--and learn that they have to work together in harmony. 

Hear how this all comes together when the orchestra performs such works as: 

John Williams’ “Marion’s Theme” from Raiders of the Lost Ark has beautiful, soaring melodies 

Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet is a romantic piece that blends powerful music and a strong beat.  

Arrive early to enjoy face painting, lobby performances, arts & crafts and more.
