Quality Time: Stare at your child like a fool

1/10/07 - By Anna Fader
Quality Time postings are dedicated to activities for spending time with your kids to make the most out of the limited, but amazing, time we have together. I was just looking at my 3 year old as he slept, sweaty, and very satisfied-looking smack in the middle of my spot in my bed and I decided to just stare at him for a couple more minutes, even though it was late and I knew I should be going to sleep, because it occurred to me that that was probably really the best use of my time. What could possibly be more valuable than just really soaking up just how unbelievably cute and awesome he is for a couple of moments. So, today's quality time assignment is to stare at the kids. You can always sleep later, like when they're in college.
