Back when we were doing our Mother's Day Giveaway, we asked our readers what they wanted for Mother's Day and one post totally cracked us up. It was from Kate, who wanted a fake LeSport Sak bag and a Monkey Museum portrait. We are all too familiar with fake bags, but we had to go check out what the Monkey Museum was.

It turns out it's this really awesome art and we immediately wanted some too. So Kate, thanks for sharing this idea with us so now everyone can have the chance of getting a Monkey Museum piece for Father's Day with our Father's Day Giveaway!

So what is the Monkey Museum exactly? Operating out of an old bowling pin factory in Pittsburgh, The Monkey Museum promises to take you on a journey back through the path of evolution by turning your family portraits into pieces of kitsch monkey art. The brain child of multi-media artists and husband and wife team Dror Yaron and Heather Mallak, Monkey Museum portraits artfully turn mundane photos into masterpieces. They have shown up in lots of spots including several appearances on the Ellen DeGeneris show.

This giveaway is for a Mini Monkey Paintings™ which goes for $200, is 8x10 inches and is sure to be the most unexpected gift any Dad could get (as long as they aren't also reading this blog of course). The winner will be announced on Monday and if you can get your pictures to the Monkey Museum by Tuesday they will have the finished portrait back in time for you to give it to dear ole dad for Father's Day!

How to Enter: Let us know what your Father's Day plans are in a comment on this post or what your gift ideas are. I always feel stumped... Comments must be left by 10pm on Sunday, June 1. One winner will be picked at random by a random number generator. We will not use your email for anything other than notifying the winners.
