If visiting a summertime festival, fair, or carnival is on your summer bucket list and it has yet to be crossed off, look no further. Here is our round-up of Delaware Valley's August fun. These festivals, featuring entertaining live music, delicious foods, rides, and culture, will not disappoint. So take a look and be sure to visit some of these events with your family this month.

Goshen Country Fair- West Chester, PA
July 31- August 5, 2017
The Goshen Country Fair is a tradition for Chester County festival-lovers! Not only does it feature rides for all ages, delicious food, farm exhibits, pet shows, and games of chance, it’s home to some of the best freshly-made donuts in Chester County. Proceeds benefit the Goshen Fire Company.

Cape May Beer & Crab Festival- Cape May, NJ
August 5, 2017
What is better than being at the shore? Being at the shore during a festival! Guests can expect music, a Victorian circus, and food such as steamed crabs, pulled pork, corn on the cob, and hot dogs.

2nd Street Festival- Philadelphia, PA
August 6, 2017
Live music, local vendors, and delicious food are in store for those attending Northern Liberties' annual 2nd Street Festival.

Move Like an Animal Family Festival- Philadelphia, PA

The Philadelphia Museum of Art hosts this family-friendly festival which features movement workshops led by Almanac Dance Circus Theatre. Guests can sketch and pose like an animal with Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School as well.

ACANA Festival- Philadelphia, PA

ACANA which stands for The African Cultural Alliance of North America, Inc., is set to entertain the crowd at the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing. Visitors can expect music, traditional dance performances, and a variety of food vendors.

Every Monday throughout August, guests visiting Cape May can indulge in carnival fun such as face-painting, skee ball, balloon-twisting, and a train ride.

Montgomery County 4-H Fair- Collegeville, PA
August 10-12, 2017

Give Back Festival- Philadelphia, PA

Watershed Butterfly Festival- Pennington, NJ

Celebrate the Swallowtail butterfly at the Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association. Children can go on nature walks, see an insect zoo, and take a hayride.

Peach Festival- Media, PA
August 12, 2017
Pick your own peaches in the orchards at Linvilla. Afterwards, enjoy live music, children's activities, and crafts. The rain date for this festival is August 13th.

Chester County Annual Old Fiddlers' Picnic- Coatesville, PA

Kids' activities, mansion tours, food vendors, and great music await visitors at Hibernia County Park's annual Old Fiddlers' Picnic. The rain date is August 13th.

Peach Festival- Lahaska, PA

Bug Fest- Philadelphia, PA

Peach Festival- Robbinsville, NJ
August 12-13, 2017
Over the course of the weekend, visitors at Oasis Family Farm can shop for peach ice cream, peach cobbler, and peach pie. Children can make crafts and take a wagon ride while everyone participates in a peach pie eating contest.

St Ann's Church Carnival- Bristol, PA
August 14-19, 2017
Enjoy carnival games and rides on the grounds of St. Ann's Church. Be sure to get a wristband in advance and save $5.

Philadelphia Folk Festival- Harleysville, PA
