You can make a parfait in any kind of glass. I usually just use a water glass on a regular morning, but for a special treat I pull out a champagne or wine glass so it looks extra fancy.
1. Cut strawberry stems off by making a v-shaped divot at the top of the strawberry, then slice strawberry so each slice looks like a heart. Make sure the slices are thick enough that they'll be able to contain the skewer. Lance strawberry hearts top to bottom with a skewer or toothpick.
2. Fill the glass layers of fruit, yogurt and granola so that you can see distinct layers through the glass.
3. You can top with whipped cream for an extra special flourish, a drizzle of honey, or sprinkles of granola (or sprinkles). Stick your heart skewer on top and serve.
For extra credit make a little placecard that says, "I love you berry much."
