The Pumpkin Patch at Oakland Cemetery is free and open to the public this weekend with a children's festival, trunk-or-treating, and photo ops. We are excited about free fall festivals in Atlanta this weekend like Milton's Crabapple Fest on Saturday and Candler Park Festival on Saturday and Sunday. Both festivals have artists' markets, kids' activities, and yummy food! Complete your weekend (and make your kids' dreams come true!) by hitting the Kidz Bop Concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre in Alpharetta on Sunday.

When it comes to pumpkins, you'll have your pick this weekend. Descanso Gardens lights them up Carved, while you can walk through houses built out of gourds at Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch (not to be confused with Boney Island, which starts this weekend at the Natural History Museum). Discovery Cube OC has a full-on Pumpkin Palooza. Discovery Cube LA looks at pumpkins through the lens of Spooky Science, while the Griffith Park Southern Railroad lets you explore the landscape from a safe distance at its Not-Too-Scary Halloween Train Ride
