At long last the third and final section of the High Line is open, prompting us to revisit one of New York City's most unique and popular green spaces. We covered the first section shortly after it debuted in 2009, but now the High Line runs all the way through Chelsea, from Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District to 34th Street and 12th Avenue, so a lot has changed since then. While the High Line can get crowded with tourists, there's good reason for its popularity.
