Pride marches into New York City each June, bringing with it tons of family-friendly Pride events, including parades, picnics, concerts, and more.

Whether you identify as LGBTQ+ or as an ally, the annual June celebration of Pride in NYC is a glorious mishmash of divine fun. From Paws for Pride to the Pride Family Picnic at St. John the Divine, Rainbows on the Hudson, and PrideFest at Astor Plaza, NYC sparkles with inclusion and community.

There is SO MUCH TO DO this weekend in Connecticut! It's your once-a-year chance to see some professional rodeo action, a demolition derby, and down-home fun at the Goshen Stampede. Or head over to Essex for the Annual CT Sea Music Festival to listen to some sea-faring tunes. For fair lovers, Celebrate! West Hartford will be rolling into town with rides, tasty carnival food, and a huge craft fair; it's two whole days of good times!

This weekend we say hello to summer fun! The Hammer Museum sets out the welcome mat for the opening of its summer exhibitions. PBS SoCal gets the summer learning started at the California Science Center, with a little help from some PBS Kids friends. The stars come out for outdoor summer movie series starting this weekend at Dockweiller Beach, Santa Ana and Dana Point, and Laguna Hills raises the big top for the debut of Cirque du Soleil Kooza.
