Premier 3 & 6 Week Camp!

Session # 1: June 29 - July 19
Session # 2: July 20 - August 9
Full Season: June 29 - August 9

Located just 90 miles from New York City, Iroquois Springs is the site of the finest in sleep away camp experiences for girls and boys since 1931. Owned and directed by Mark and Laura Newfield, Iroquois Springs is simply an extraordinary place for children!

At Iroquois Springs children build confidence, life-long friendships, and find new and exciting challenges that stimulate their minds as well as their bodies. But the real magic of Iroquois Springs lies in its people - the administration and staff, the campers and alumni.

Choosing a camp for your child can be a difficult decision. The warm, nurturing, family atmosphere that the camp provides has been a key factor in many families choosing Iroquois Springs.

At Iroquois Springs, the emphasis is always on participation, effort and attitude! We think that camp is that rare place where a child can be a winner. Iroquois Springs provides campers the opportunity to become part of a family, where they can take healthy risks, get rewarded for successes, and develop self-esteem and life skills. So whether a camper's thing is sports, arts, hiking, or a little bit of everything, each and every camper at Iroquois Springs can find his or her place in the sun.

Frost Valley YMCA

As a parent, you want your child to have growth-filled opportunities, healthy habits, and lifelong friendships. We partner with families to do exactly that. More than a place to cool off, our lake is where children learn to swim for the first time or share a canoe with a new friend. Our zipline isn’t a ride, but a safe place for teens to find courage they never knew they had. And our cabins provide more than shelter; they’re a space for a community to grow. Our traditional summer camp is rooted in 100+ years of rich heritage. Campers age 7-16 come for 1, 2, or 4 weeks and leave us with strengthened characters. Bear Grylls Survival Camp is Frost Valley's new addition, which gives campers age 12-15 the experience of undergoing a simulated (yet no less extreme!) survival scenario! Adventure Trips are great for outdoor-loving teens. Options include sailing, backpacking, canoeing, climbing, and service trips with Habitat for Humanity.
