Ballet Hispanico Pre-School Summer Dance Camps

0

The Ballet Hispanico Pre-School Summer Dance Camps engage boys and girls ages 3-5 in a balanced exploration of the art and culture of four Latin American countries. Our goal is to introduce children to these diverse cultures while encouraging them to build creative skills in an environment that is safe, accessible, and inclusive. The camps focus on the dances, songs, stories, and rhythms of Latin America through offerings such as creative movement class, the physical interpretation of Latin American children’s literature, and the exploration of musical elements and percussion. Each week will take campers on a journey through Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Cuba, Panama, and Brazil! June 9-13: Guatemala June 16-20: Dominican Republic June 23-27: Argentina June 30-July 3: Cuba July 7-11: Panama July 14-18: Brazil

HealthBarn USA Camp

0

The only camp you can eat, plant, cook and play! HealthBarn USA vigorously educates and excites children about the best eating habits and food sources. The professional team empowers children (and the grown-ups who love them) to grow their own organic carrots, broccoli, strawberries and more; to cook delicious and nutritious recipes from scratch; and to be protectors of the environment—all served up with a heaping scoop of fun. Parents rave that lessons stick with kids beyond the Camp. Food and health experts say that founder and author, Stacey Antine, understands kids, nutrition, and the joys of good food, and knows how to bring them together.

Join the fun and be an expert taste tester at Summer Camp (ages 4-12) held weekly from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm or Summer Seedlings (ages 3-5) held late afternoons. The spacious facility is located within Ridgewood's Irene Habernickel Family Park—formerly a 10-acre horse farm. It's the only garden-to-table camp experience in Northern NJ, where children spend their days unplugged from the material world and plugged into a wholesome and dynamic learning environment for strong bodies and healthy minds.

Dietary restrictions and allergies can be accommodated upon request.

At Iroquois Springs children build confidence, life-long friendships, and find new and exciting challenges that stimulate their minds as well as their bodies. But the real magic of Iroquois Springs lies in its people - the administration and staff, the campers and alumni.

Choosing a camp for your child can be a difficult decision. The warm, nurturing, family atmosphere that the camp provides has been a key factor in many families choosing Iroquois Springs.

At Iroquois Springs, the emphasis is always on participation, effort and attitude! We think that camp is that rare place where a child can be a winner.
