The French Cultural Center of Boston's Summer in French program offers children a full immersion experience of summer fun and learning. With native French-speaking teachers, a varied and engaging curriculum, and a safe, convenient location in Boston, the program is the perfect way to improve your child's skills and confidence in French no matter their age or level. Each week focuses on a theme with a variety of special activities geared for children to increase their vocabulary and stimulate their conversation skills. Outdoor activities take place at a nearby playground and at the Boston Common.

King School Summer Institute

Attracting kindergarten through grade 12 students from over 40 different schools in Connecticut and New York, King School's Summer Institute offers academics, arts, and sports programs. Children entering grades K-5 can experience SI’s Fun Camp.

King’s outstanding faculty and coaches and the small class size ensures that each student is challenged and receives the kind of personalized attention King delivers year-round. Many students take academic courses plus a sports or performing arts session.

Academic courses are 1, 3, or 6 weeks, with 6-week courses awarding academic credit. Camp runs 6/18-8/3. 

Fun Camp, offered for 1-week sessions or the full 6 weeks, combines daily field trips, sports, and themed weekly activities. A parent from last summer’s program exclaims, "Fun Camp provided a safe, enriching summer experience for my son [and] . . . a wonderful balance of sports and learning activities to keep his interest engaged. Musicals at Richter Summer Youth Workshop

Richter Summer Youth Workshop offers full-day musical theater camp nestled in the hills of Danbury, CT. Kids ages 8-15 can experience all aspects of a production and explore the foundational skills necessary for putting on a show. They will spend their mornings in workshops learning the basic fundamentals of music, choreography, acting, and improv and afternoons dedicated to rehearsing and building the show. This program offers a supportive environment where all are encouraged to use their creativity and imagination while working together as an ensemble to craft an exciting piece of theater.

Kids ages 7-12 can join BCC Summer for four weeks of singing, friendship, and world-expanding fun. Dive into songs that celebrate diversity, connect us to a global community, and explore social and environmental justice. Activities include singing, dancing, drumming, art-making, storytelling, weekly excursions, and more. Celebrate each week with a Friday evening concert, open to the public. No audition required.

Western Academy is a liberal arts boys' school offering an array of summer day camps for boys ages 7-14. Directed by full-time teachers, Western Academy's adventure, athletic, and academic programs offer a unique way for boys to engage and enjoy the summer.
