Ballet Academy East - Camps

Ballet Academy East’s Summerdance is a fun-filled summer program for girls ages 3 to 8. Designed to foster imagination and inspire a love of the arts, the curriculum includes dance, art, drama, cooking, swimming, and more. Led by gifted instructors who specialize in teaching young children, each session culminates with a special in-studio performance highlighting the children’s accomplishments. Students may enroll in Summerdance for either four or eight weeks, or customize their own schedule.

Early drop-off is offered; the BAE counselors will supervise children in fun activities beginning at 8:15am until the start of the Summerdance day.

Challenge Island

Calling all aspiring detectives to Challenge Island’s Super Sleuth Camp. At camp, eagle-eyed tribes will work together on top-secret STEAM challenges, from CSI to Scooby Doo to Sherlock Holmes to Nancy Drew. Winter/Spring Classes:

TADA! has reimagined their musical theater programs for ages 4–14 to give students even more ways to learn, grow, and perform! With new class options and levels that explore musical theater skills and techniques in even more ways than before.  

This semester, students will:

Develop & Deepen Musical Theater Skills: Learn techniques in singing, acting, dance, and movement through dynamic Broadway songs, dances, and/or scenes.

Grow as Artists and Individuals: Explore self-expression and creativity, receive individualized guidance, and get the chance to shine their unique lights!

Collaborate and Connect: Build teamwork, communication, and cooperation in a supportive, inclusive environment guided by professional NYC teaching artists.

Classes meet in Fall (10-week) and Winter/Spring (13-week) semesters, in-person at 15 W. 28th Street (between Broadway & 5th), and culminate in final sharings for an invited audience of loved ones.  Limited spots are available—join us to discover your voice, your skills, and your stage!

Broadway 1-Day Camps:

When School is out, TADA! is in! Back by popular demand, join TADA! for a fun-filled day learning vocals and choreography to a show-stopping musical number from a hit Broadway or movie musical. Broadway 1-day camps include vocal training, dance technique, exhilarating choreography, and fun theater activities led by two professional NYC Teaching Artists. Now offering Week-long Public & Private School Break Camps for ages 4-10 this February, March, and April!  Throughout the week students will create, rehearse & perform an original mini musical inspired by their favorite characters, creatures, and classic Broadway or movie musicals.

Gasworks NYC - Summer Clay Camps

Gasworks NYC offers immersive weeklong clay camps for kids and teens. Students will learn wheel throwing and hand building techniques through a structured and tactile exploration of clay. Each day will include 1:1 instruction, outdoor time at the park, and snack breaks. Students will complete the following projects: ice cream bowls/spoons, wheel-thrown plates, bird houses, fruit/berry bowls, baskets, and sculptures.
