The Gold Coast Arts Center brings the visual and performing arts to students and audiences. They offer classes, workshops, family activities, film viewings, concerts and more. On school holidays, they offer Vacations Arts camp options for art, music, chess, dance, acting and more. 

Aspiring actors can sign up for a two- week Musical Theatre Camp featuring Broadway's greatest showtunes, or the one-week Applause Acting Camp, which teaches public speaking, better stage presence, and memorization skills. Camps are for kids ages 6-14.

No Limit Ninja brings the ultimate ninja experience to Farmingdale. Inspired by the television series American Ninja Warrior, the course has been recreated using elements that are versatile, challenging, and fun for children and adults. Classes, camps, and personal training will focus on balance, strength, control, endurance, conditioning, and building confidence. The trained coaching staff is sure to help you overcome any obstacle.

Want to take your child’s birthday party to new heights? Conquer Ultimate Ninja Warrior's warped walls, take on the angled steps, and tackle the salmon ladder, devil steps, and unstable bridge. Let the professionally trained staff customize a party your child will never forget. 90-minute and 2-hour parties are available.

Their school break camps, offered with both half and full day options, are a longer more in depth version of classes. These camps cover all the basics that you will need to safely enjoy our obstacle arena.

Art & Soul Studio

Bring out the inner artist in you and your child at this studio. From mommy and me toddler classes to teen and adult classes and birthday parties, kids can explore their inner artist using mixed medias at Art & Soul. School break camps are also offered. Art & Soul also offers workshops when kids are off from school.

Vanderbilt Museum

Workshops are held on various school breaks, running for approximately two-hours. Each day has a different theme, such as marine habitats carnivores and butterflies. Each workshop starts with a museum tour, and ends with a project or craft based on the day's theme. Some programs are drop-off, while preschool programs require an adult.

Benner's Farm

Be a farmer for a week and experience life on a real working farm. Benner’s Farm dates back to the mid-1700s. As children explore the farm, gardens, fields, and woods, they’ll hear stories of the farm’s history and how people lived on Long Island before cars, malls and electricity. Explore new things from tractors and tools to vegetables and herbs, collecting eggs from the hens, and picking a snack from the garden.

Programs are offered on school breaks for children ages 6-14. Summer Camp groups start with Kinder camp for ages 3 -6, and Explorers and Senior Campers for children from 7-17 years old. Each day, campers are busy learning about animals, plants and nature, history, science, crafts, and food. Each week includes fun and games of all kinds, special guests, and creative endeavors.

Sportime

Kids ages 4 - 15 can learn age and level appropriate tennis drills, games, sports and more at Sportime. Kids should wear athletic clothes, bring a bagged lunch, snacks and a drink each day. Full and half day options are available. Locations in Bethpage, Lynbrook, Roslyn, Port Washington, Syosset, Kings Park, Quogue and Amagansett.

Children's Athletic Training School

Kids ages 2-10 are separated into age-appropriate groups for school and summer break camps that focus on games, karate, crafts, music, movement and more.  Regular classes are offered for karate, ninja warrior, various sports and more. Their CATS sports birthday party options includes a structure sport theme led by staff.

Long Island Explorium

The Long Island Explorium encourages science and engineering education through STEAM-based activities. From workshops to camps, the museum is also open to walk in museum visitors. Children can build boats, learn about mass and volume with rice, send messages to friends with a pulley system, and so much more. On some school holidays, the Explorium offers camps when school is out for grades 3-6, birthday parties, and partnerships with the Boy and Girl Scouts.
