Our Small groups and Trevor Day School Teachers make our program unique. Trevor High School students and graduates assist as Counselors.
We provide children with the space, materials, and activities with which to be challenged, to be excited and to enjoy themselves. The program includes field trips, cooking, arts and crafts, story telling, science experiments, free play, movement. Swimming lessons are offered for the 4, 5 and 6 year olds 2 days a week through Take Me to the Water, a developmental program that knows children have different comfort levels in the water. Our teachers always accompany the children. They design individual programs for each child and much more.
Water is an important part of camp! We have kiddy pools and a playground on our roof for all of the kids in camp! This is a favorite of all the children. Children also spend time in their classrooms and also attend a number of ‘special’ activities:
• Arts and Crafts
• Cooking
• Physical Education
• Drama and Movement
• Music and Sing Alongs
