They have year round exploration camps and educational programs, nature clubs and other events. They have 30 acres of trails, as well as a resident animal population in their nature center that is open to the public. Every summer they offer camp for a wide range of ages.

Get your kids and family into nature! With over 340 acres of woods, trails, streams and ponds right in Northwest Philadelphia, the Schuylkill Center offers fun and educational nature programs, activities and events for school groups and the entire family.

This 92 acre landscape includes paths, streams, and special garden areas. The arboretum has classes, workshops and conferences. They are open year round 10AM-4PM daily except in April to October they are open 10AM-5PM on the weekends.

This aquarium is a must see with so many different new and changing exhibits that put you in a completely different habitat. They have a 4D theatre, penguin, seals, hippos, and feeding shows, and an interactive section. They are open daily from 9:30AM-5PM.

They have an open ground to walk around, classes for kids, workshops and other events. There is no admission to walk around the grounds, but some of their programs have a cost associated with them.

The Main Line Art Center's mission is to inspire and engage artistic creativity for all ages and abilities and to celebrate and strengthen the essential role of visual art in community life. They have classes, activities, exhibitions, and birthday parties.

They offer day and evening classes for adults and children, workshops in all media, exhibition opportunities, life classes, Saturday classes and summer camps for children. Our monthly meetings are free and open to the public.
