Butter Beans Cooking and Gardening Adventures - Camps

0

Discover the fun and flavor of farm-to-table cooking while forging fun new memories in the kitchen and garden! Designed to engage food explorers and eaters of all palates, the Butter Beans Food & Garden Summer Camp will provide budding chefs, foodies, and farmers the opportunity to experience the full breadth of meal preparation from seed to table.

From exploring farmers markets to cooking tasty meals together, campers not only gain expert kitchen skills but also learn how to become master composters, urban farmers, chocolatiers, and wild edible foragers.

By examining the food cycle, Butter Beans campers develop a deeper appreciation for the food that fuels them throughout the day while building valuable connections between food, the environment, and local communities.

The full farm-to-table camp is conveniently located in Manhattan and Brooklyn locations.

Culinary birthday parties are available at Asphalt Green Battery Park.
