Our fitness division focuses on our Ballet Body Fitness class, which is an elegant form of exercise set to classical music that teaches students to stand up, elongate, and achieve the grace and posture of a dancer. 25 minutes of ballet and yoga stretches is followed by 35 minutes of REAL ballet barre, the actual exercises that dancers do to warm up, strengthen their muscles, and prepare them to dance.
