Home Run Baseball Camp

0

Welcome to Home Run Baseball Camp. Our coaches, who are mostly former campers, have been working together for 22 years to give every child a safe, fun and challenging place to play ball. You can expect my team and I to treat your child with respect and consideration in a safe, nurturing environment. The way you play the game and treat others counts at my camp, and I encourage and expect my returning campers to include new players in all aspects of camp. I am at camp every day and am always available to speak with parents. This will be another great year at Home Run Baseball Camp! Keep swinging for the fences – on and off the field.

Salta Jump! Immersion School - Camp

0

All the fun and excitement of a summer day camp — in either Mandarin or Spanish! — for kids aged 3–11. Jump’s method of teaching encourages all the children that enter our program to not only listen to what the teachers are saying but also to speak back to them. We strongly believe that this is the only way children will become fluent. When children need anything in the classroom, the teachers will work with the children to help them create sentences in the target language and ask for what they need. It takes patience and dedication, which are two of the many qualities our teachers possess. Children may attend our Summer Camp Program in three ways: You can enroll your child for Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday and Thursday or all five days! The more days they go the more they will know! Our instructors are fluent in their native tongue and very excited to share their cultural knowledge and love for their language with your child. Jump takes language immersion very se

Camp Fort Greene

0

Camp Fort Greene was founded to provide a quality, low-cost summer experience for neighborhood children. In Camp Fort Greene, counselors help young people reach their fullest potential in a warm, nurturing environment where children grow, learn, play. Our program emphasizes science, as the level of inquiry in the preschool and early elementary years offers a wealth of opportunities for personal discovery in the natural world. Our program also emphasizes art, to celebrate and encourage the expressive, creative power of youth. Camp Fort Greene recognizes children’s inherent sense of wonder and thirst for knowledge and encourages peer-to-peer discourse, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Adults support young learners but encourage children to feel a certain bold confidence in their own abilities, as we know that, given the right tools for investigation and research, they are fully capable of figuring things out on their own. Camp Fort Greene also honors the hazy, lazy, dream
