Long Island Premiere Swim School Summer Camp

At this high performance swim camp, your swimmer will learn techniques to improve in the areas of swimming with opportunities to drop time. LIPSC will work with each swimmer to improve their strokes, starts, flip turns, underwater dolphin kicking, and breakouts. Swim Sessions will be broken into stations where coaches will break down a stroke a day. Dryland training is also included. Lessons begin at age 1.

The Laurel Hill swimming complex is specially designed to meet optimum conditions for swim instruction by age, and by skill level. The waterfront is vibrantly landscaped to provide a rich country setting. Every camper receives two swim periods daily. Laurel Hill incorporates a Red Cross program to ensure that each child receives quality instruction. Swim groups are small and they maintain high staff/camper ratio. Recreational free swim encourages healthful games and time for fun. Special water Olympics and poolside festivals round out a very full summer of swimming fun.

SUSA Soccer Camps

Offering indoor and outdoor camp locations, SUSA boasts back to basics camps all the way through high intensity level training. Their three and four-day camps are offered in Smithtown, Hauppauge and Central Islip. Participants are offered education in skills, sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork.

Nike Basketball Camp Nassau Community College

In addition to an emphasis on skill development, Nike Basketball Camp also aims to improve each players athleticism and explosiveness. The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position. This camp is offered for one week in August. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability. Put your skills to the test and join the Friday after camp ends for Competition Friday. The schedule will include a full day of competitive games including 2 on 2, 3 on 3, 5 on 5, NBA Skills Challenges, Hot Shot, Dunk Contests and more.

Designed for children in grades K-8, 365Lax staff includes former and currect collegiate and professional lacrosse players. Skills include shooting, dodgins, offense, defense, clearing, riding, ground balls and other important moves. Daily rewards offered for fastest shot, hardest worker, most accurate shot and more. The camp is offered for three days in the summer.

Long Island Lacrosse Academy

Long Island Lacrosse Academy offers both mini and full day sessions in Hicksville, Woodbury and Syosset. Individual training, station work, skill development, position specific drills.  Goalies and face-off Instruction. Players will be group by age only on day 1 and then re-grouped by ability. Small group instruction with drills and skill development.  Later in the week there will be full field and short sided scrimmaging.
