Heighten your senses and usher in Spring with style.  Expanding into both 4,000 square foot levels of the Brooklyn Lyceum we announce our heady new creation! The Lyceum Spring Food and Craft Market will include all manner of "Handmade" to mean both Crafts and Edibles, as well as fun workshops for all ages. Our Market will feature over 100 talented vendors, both local and from cities like Chicago, DC, Boston, and Portland.

There are two great art classes for little ones.

Recycled Collagraph Printing Plate Creation and Texture Rubbings     11:30-12:00                                           
Budding artists age 2-4 will learn how to create their own recycled collagraph printing plates, using a variety of recycled materials.  Students will then create mixed-media texture rubbings of their plates, using crayons, oil pastels and watercolors. $5.00                               

Romare Bearden-Inspired Cityscapes     12:30-1:00          
Petite Picassos age 4-6 will get inspiration from the artwork of Romare Bearden to create their own mixed-media cityscapes, using a variety of drawing and collage materials. $5.00
